Josh was most recently a software manager at inVia Robotics, a robotics start-up focused on warehouse automation using robotics. His work is focused on multi-robot coordination and optimization. Before this, Josh worked at SpaceX as an avionics integration engineer during the Dragon 1 and Dragon 2 development programs and led a team of software developers that developed tools to automated the engineering design of avionics systems.
Josh received a Bachelors of Science in Aerospace Engineering and a Master of Science in Computer Science, both from USC. While at USC, Josh was involved with the AeroDesign Team where he created the Plane Tools Matlab application and with Illumin where he re-designed and re-programmed the Illumin website which hosts student engineering papers.
